Welcome to UPIZero.com. We provide software that enables merchants and individuals to accept UPI payments (peer-to-peer) through UPI infrastructure. We are not like Razorpay, nor are we a bank or financial institution. We simply offer the gateway software to facilitate your UPI collections.

We collect only the minimum data required to configure and manage your UPI integration:

  • UPI Virtual Payment Address (VPA)
  • Merchant or user-provided contact details (name, email)
  • Transaction metadata (timestamps, amounts, reference IDs)

We do not store or process full bank credentials, card details, or any sensitive financial data beyond what your bank’s UPI system provides.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to:

  • Enable the UPI payment workflow on your website or app
  • Route transaction notifications to you and your customers
  • Send you system alerts and configuration updates

We never share your personal or transaction data with third parties for marketing or resale.

4. Third-Party Integrations

UPIZero.com integrates directly with your bank’s UPI API. We do not interpose ourselves as a funds custodian or settlement agent. Any third-party services (e.g., SMS gateways, email services) used to relay notifications are bound by their own privacy policies.

  • Encrypted storage for configuration files

However, we do not guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability for breaches originating from your environment or upstream UPI providers.

UPIZero.com is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Transaction failures or delays
  • Funds not being credited or debited properly
  • Disputes between you and your customers

All payment processing, settlement, and refund obligations lie with the banks and UPI network, not with our software.
